Booking an appointment:

Please use PIPPO to make an appointment for routine visits.

Next day appointments are available to book online a day in advance.

For any urgent or follow up appointments, please CALL us.

Policy on non attendance:

Due to an increasing number of people not attending their appointments, we have now introduced a ‘no show fee’ that we ask is settled prior to your next clinic visit.

Policy on third party payments:

A reminder that you remain responsible for all fees related to your care in the clinic, including settling any outstanding insurance report payments. Please ask your insurer to submit report requests through Suremed.

Dr Riani on leave

Dr Riani will facilitate routine repeat prescriptions only from 30 October to 10 November. If you have a true emergency, don’t delay seeking urgent medical care during this time. The last day for blood tests will be 28 October, thereafter when Dr Riani is back.
